I send this to remind that March 12th, 2024 marks the 3rd annual Detransition Awareness Day.
This year, detrans awareness is at the forefront of political and sociological discourse — we’ve done a great job bringing attention to it!
Here’s a few things going on this year.
Media Blackout on March 12th
This is the easiest way for you to get involved and support detransitioners. On March 12th, everyone should flood social media with the hashtag #DetransAwarenessDay
Post articles, videos, interviews, or repost detransitioners to blackout platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Youtube, Substack, Tiktok, Facebook.
Genspect Annual Webiner
On March 12th, Genspect will host its 3rd annual webiner featuring detransitioners speaking.
If you are a detransitioner, Genspect is accepting submissions of videos, stories, art, etc. until March 1st. $100.00 payment will go to all published submissions. Email Genspect here.
