If you have a full truckload of stuff, paid movers are worth it.

Send me a review copy of your memoir so I can have it done on publication day!

My heart warmed to hear all your news.

Love the working title of your memoirs!

Also I honour you, honouring the stirring of the desire to create, birth and nurture life. It’s such a vulnerable desire to notice and live with, not knowing where that yearning might take you. It can get powerfully loud! Took me out Latin dancing among other things to go hunting for my baby Daddy.

Looking forward to your next update!

Picking out a new town to move to this way is a bold and adventurous move! It reminds me of the novel The Bean Trees, which you might enjoy, as it concerns a young woman who does a similar thing and ends up in Tucson. In any case, I wish you well in your exciting new life!

Wonderful to hear your current update Laura. Thrilled to hear you'll be moving to Albuquerque, its a gorgeous city (just don't buy any drugs from that guy Pinkman). I have been there 3x, mainly en route to Santa Fe, which is my all time best loved city in the USA. Sadly my last US trip was 2008 so I've lost touch with many of the arts community in the South West, but I could recommend looking up Gypsy Armas who lives in Mountainair and she has an arts supply shop called Gypsy Raven (https://www.facebook.com/p/Treasures-of-the-Gypsy-100063605766730) which is mainly skewed toward textile arts. Gypsy is one of the most caring people in the world and the hub of a local coven of women artists! I hope you get to the opening of the exhibition in San Francisco on September 16th - "A Nasty Piece of Work" - where we are co-exhibitors. Much love and hugs from a crone in Australia.
